The nanofiber membrane is characterized not only by its exceptional vapour permeability, but also by its ability to keep the body dry and comfortable even during the most intense physical activities.

Our nanofiber membrane laminates are the ideal solution for garments designed for running, cycling, hiking and other physically demanding activities.

The membrane is made of 100% PU and the diameter of the nanofibers is only 150 nm. Thanks to its unique structure, the nanofiber membrane has 25% more pores than other porous membranes (PTFE - GoreTex). This higher pore count compared to other porous membranes provides excellent breathability and wicks sweat away from the body.

Hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment of textiles

All laminates with a membrane are hydrophobically treated with the so-called DWR treatment. We are able to apply both C6 fluorocarbon and PFC-free surface treatment to our materials.

Both treatments offer a high degree of hydrophobicity with similarly high durability. C6 fluorocarbon also guarantees the oleophobic resistance of the material.

Synthetic laminates

Prací symboly
  • Gentle washing at 30°C.
  • Spinning at up to 800 rpm.
  • Wash ideally 1 - 2 times a year.
  • Use a detergent designed for membrane clothing.
  • We recommend products from Nikwax, Toko, Perwoll Sport and Granger's.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Iron the product after each wash to activate the nanoparticles that repel water, oil and other impurities.
  • Double-layer laminates are recommended to be washed separately.
  • We recommend washing down products with a membrane using a detergent designed for feathers.

Cotton laminates
