At our headquarters in Svitavy, we produce reinforced woven foils, process regranulate from recycled plastic bottles to make PET binding strap, and we also offer technical fabrics K9-RINGO or tent/canvas fabric.
In our plant in Lomnice nad Popelkou we produce technical clothing in sewing and welding workshops and in Chropyně we produce coating fabrics which are used in a wide range of fields.
NANOMEMBRANE, which was established in 2016, merged with SVITAP s.r.o. and took over its name and visual style. These changes do not affect our production processes, management or business relationships - we continue as our customers are used to.
The NANOMEMBRANE brand continues to be a valid trademark for nanofibre membrane laminates. For our other products we use the name textile lamination. We look forward to new challenges and interesting projects that we will conquer together with you.
SVITAP has been manufacturing tents for several decades using state-of-the-art production technologies. We offer a large selection of models, types, sizes, and variants of mobile and permanent tents. The sheathing of SVITAP tents is made from a wide range of materials that come in various colors and thicknesses, including double-sided polyethylene fabrics, cotton fabrics, cotton and PES blends, and special PES fabrics with PVC coating.
PET strapping tape is a heavy-duty polyester tape designed to be an extremely rigid and strong alternative to straps made from steel. As such, PET strapping tape is the successor to steel straps. PET strapping tape is the optimal choice for medium- and heavy-duty applications where objects need to be securely fastened, such as sheet metal, wooden beams, textiles, concrete products, cartons containing cans or bottles, printed matter, and tiles.
The Technical Fabrics Department is part of SVITAP s.r.o., a Czech company with a long tradition in the textile industry, which ranks among the major suppliers of technical textiles in the Czech Republic. We supply protective fabric suitable for dog training products, so-called K9-RINGO, as well as tent fabric suitable for the production of tents, shelters, teepees and others.
SVITAP's production facility in Chropyně makes traditional Czech leatherette, a product with a long history developed to meet the specific needs of relevant industrial sectors. SVITAP's leatherette is used in upholstery, automotive products, transportation, clothing, footwear, mining, aerial advertising, sports mats, and various other special applications.
We are a traditional manufacturer of reinforced polyethylene foils, also known as laminated foils. These are flat textiles made from high-strength HDPE woven strips coated with LDPE. Additives, such as UV stabilizers, colour concentrates, flame retardants etc., are added as required with regard to the purpose of the foil.
