Laminates with a non-porous (hydrophilic) membrane provide a revolutionary solution for all those who require high comfort and protection at work or in the outdoors.
These laminates are the ideal choice for workwear and hardshell clothing where durability, lightness and breathability are key. In addition, this membrane is characterized by high resistance to degradation after washing.
Compared to other non-porous membranes on the market, our technology excels not only in its low surface weight, which makes garments with our laminates extremely lightweight, but also in its high vapour permeability. This feature is essential for keeping the user dry and comfortable even under the most intense physical exertion. The membrane ensures an optimal microclimate inside the garment and contributes to all-day comfort.
All laminates with a membrane are hydrophobically treated with the so-called DWR treatment. We are able to apply both C6 fluorocarbon and PFC-free surface treatment to our materials.
Both treatments offer a high degree of hydrophobicity with similarly high durability. C6 fluorocarbon also guarantees the oleophobic resistance of the material.
